Hello,
We are going to the pool Monday June 16th, 2008. We will be swimming from 2 until 3. We are in need of parent volunteers as we will be walking to the pool. If you are available to escort our class to the pool please email me or call the school.

Hello!
We are heading off to the pool tomorrow for the last of our swimming afternoons. Please ensure that students both their towel and swim suit to school tomorrow so that they may splash around in the pool.
Check out the Praying Mantis page! I will be posting video, pictures, and documents in that section. I think this is a year-end project the students are really going to enjoy and will appreciate their “no-tears” pet that they will be able to bring home should they receive their parents permission.

Hello!
I hope you all enjoyed relaxing weekends. Please note that the Leader Post page has been updated for this week.
This Wednesday is the next exciting session of Come Read With Me. This month’s focus is Determining Importance. I hope to see you there.
Don’t forget that our students are away swimming Friday. Please ensure that all students arrive at school with a towel and their swimsuit.
Please be advised that I am away Thursday, April 24th and Friday, April 25th, 2008 in Saskatoon working with the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation at Spring Council.

Hello!
Just a few reminders…
Friday I will be dropping off all our swimming forms. These have been sent home well before the winter break and I have received most of them back. If your form has not been received the swimming instructor will not be able to place your child in the appropriate group. Please ensure that these have been returned to the school by Friday, January 11th, 2008. Please ensure that you have also submitted the transportation fee so that I may pay Mme C.
I would like to submit our scholastic order Monday morning. Please ensure that your order and payment has been submitted to me by Monday, January 14th, 2008.
The music teacher, Mme Boire, has indicated that she would like to start her unit on the recorder next week. Several families had indicated that they have already purchased recorders. Please ensure that these are at school by next week so that students may complete the required work for music class.
Mme C, our administrative assistant has indicated to me that there are several outstanding classroom fees from our classroom. She has asked me to bring our account to balance a.s.a.p. If you have not paid the classroom fee please do so immediately.
As a informational item, I have submitted a proposal to present with a colleague at this year’s WestCast. Earlier this week I was informed that my proposal was accepted and that I will be presenting. I haven’t received any specific information as of yet but look forward to this opportunity. Yeah for me!
