Hello!
During my séjour in Saskatoon Scholastic order forms were sent home. I am asking that families interested in ordering something from this form have their orders turned-in to room 10 by Wednesday, October 24th, 2007.
Here is a picture of myself at the Elsie Mironuck 20th Anniversary Tea with Ms. Elsie Mironuck.

Bake Sale
The bake sale will continue today for our classroom. I just wanted to post two picture from our amazing spread yesterday.

Hello!
I have sent home the proofs from LifeTouch. I didn’t get a chance to check the due date for families interested in placing orders. I will post this information as soon as possible.
A huge thank you for all the baking that arrived at school today! We have sold most of it but some remains to be sold. A T.A. will be working with our students tomorrow during the am and pm recess to finish the bake sale.
Tuesday and Wednesday I will be working at the board office. A substitute teacher will be working with our students during this time.
Wednesday night I will be traveling to Saskatoon. Thursday I will be in Saskatoon for a one day workshop with the STF. I will be driving back to Regina. Friday I will be in room 10 with our students.
I walked into a metal pole on the way to the first of my three after school meetings. If any part of this post lacks sense, please send me an email.

Hello!
I am back from a busy weekend in Saskatoon. Those interested can read about my time at Fall Council 2007 here.
I have received a few emails regarding our bake sale tomorrow. I know it was announced short notice, but last week was hectic for me. A big thank you to families who are going to be able to contribute something to the bake sale.
I still haven’t received this week’s Leader Post. Once I do I will update that section of our blog!
Here are a few pictures from my weekend.

Hello!

Today in math we worked adding in columns. We working on questions 1 to 23. Nearly all students were able to complete this assignment in class. Students should complete this assignment at home tonight should they have any outstanding questions.
Tomorrow is day 3. On day 3 we exchange our books at the library. Please ensure that your child has their library books at school tomorrow so that they can either renew or exchange them.
In class students have individually read for 15 minutes. This time could be applied to their reading logs to convince kids that they are daily competent readers!
